Automated System Successfully Delivered for the Tire Manufacturing Industry

At Actemium Mexico, we continue to lead industrial innovation—and today, we’re proud to share a project that marked a major milestone in our journey: our first fully developed system in Mexico, successfully exported abroad to the United States.

This automated solution was designed to perform the beading process on the inner circumference of automotive tires—a critical step in tire manufacturing that ensures strength and a perfect fit between the tire and the rim. The system significantly improved production efficiency, safety, and precision.

What made this project special?

Our client needed a solution that was versatile, safe, and time-efficient. To meet these goals, we integrated Rockwell technology for motors and Allen Bradley sensors, ensuring high reliability at every stage.

• Programming and functional testing (FAT)

The system was delivered on time and successfully exported to the U.S., strengthening our client’s trust and opening the door to future international projects.

This project was a turning point for Actemium Mexico. Since then, we’ve exported industrial solutions to both the United States and Canada, proving that world-class engineering can be designed and built right here in Mexico.
