In the heart of Monclova, Coahuila, our Actemium Mexico team recently joined forces with Axians Canada and Axians Austria to deliver hands-on engineering support for a global leader in elevator components. Over the course of three days, this international collaboration brought together expertise, precision, and a shared commitment to operational excellence.
What happened on the ground?
Our team acted as “smart hands,” diving into the production environment to carry out critical network configuration and troubleshooting tasks. These included:
- Migrating the main core switch
- Configuring VLANs for printing, CCTV, and access control
- Integrating devices into segmented networks
- Reconfiguring printers and essential devices
- Validating connectivity and conducting field tests
- Activating and managing the Guest WiFi network
- Leading technical walkthroughs to identify future expansion opportunities
The outcome?
The project was completed on schedule, with network stability and operational continuity fully restored. The seamless coordination between teams across three countries was key to achieving the technical goals and delivering a smooth experience for the client.
